1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging with all labels and seals intact.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer cannot be accepted for return.
- Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Personalized/custom products (except damaged or defective upon arrival)
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund process may take 7 to 10 business days after we receive the item.
- Refunds will exclude the original shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is because of a mistake or defect by R-style.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately to arrange for an exchange.
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
- Exchanges for size or preference changes are not available. Please place a new order for any different products.
- To request an exchange, please contact Customer Support within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. International Shipping and Returns
- We proudly ship worldwide. However, please be aware of the following important points regarding international orders:

- Return shipping costs for international orders are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or an error was made by R-style.
- Customs processing can cause delays in shipping and returns; please allow additional time for your order or return to be processed.
- Some countries may have restrictions on certain ingredients used in our products, potentially causing customs delays or seizures. We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will promptly arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
